K53 Study Guide does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, ID number, address, or payment card details.

The app may process the following information:

• Study progress, quiz answers, test results, settings, and premium access state stored locally on your device.
• App usage events, such as screens viewed and quiz or test actions, through Firebase Analytics.
• Crash reports and diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics, including device and app information needed to investigate crashes.
• Purchase state and transaction information handled by Google Play or Apple App Store when you buy premium access.

How We Use Information

• To run the app, remember your progress, and unlock premium features after purchase.
• To understand which parts of the app are used and improve the study experience.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and maintain app reliability.
• To comply with app store, payment, security, and legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

The app uses services provided by Google Firebase, Google Play, and Apple where applicable. Those services may process data under their own privacy terms. You can review their policies here:

Payments

Premium access purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. K53 Study Guide does not receive or store your payment card details.

Local Storage

Study progress, settings, history, and purchase state may be stored on your device. Deleting the app may delete locally stored app data. Some purchase entitlements may remain available through your app store account.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you clear it, reset history where the app allows it, or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by the relevant third-party services according to their retention settings and policies.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Because the app does not require an account, some data may only exist locally on your device or inside third-party services.

K53 Study Guide is intended for learner's licence study and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
